  A record-breaking  deep freeze  is set to hit America over the weekend as millions prepare for -40C wind chills. The National Weather Service  revealed people in the US and Canada could get frostbite in less than ten minutes due to the "once-in-a-generation" wind chills expected this weekend. Locals are being urged to limit their time outside between Friday and Saturday and to check in on vulnerable family and friends.
